Water coolers, bubblers, filters and accessories can be purchased or hired through our website, and we’ll dispatch one of our friendly professionals to install the equipment at your office. Step 1 – Place an order
To become a Kiewa Valley Spring Water delivery customer, simply lease a water cooler or purchase a dispenser for your workplace. When you lease a water cooler, you’ll receive four complimentary 15L bottles with your first delivery.
Please note: The complimentary bottles are included with cooler leases only and do not apply to outright dispenser purchases.
Step 2 – Online Payment
Complete the online purchase form to confirm your order. Over-the-phone credit card transactions are also welcome, with no surcharges on any of our products. For subsequent purchases, simply log in to your customer profile.
Step 3 – Your Delivery Service
Once your first order is confirmed, a customer service manager will be in touch to arrange your delivery date.
Depending on your office’s water usage and location, you can receive deliveries every fortnight, every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. You can also order as needed rather than following a regular schedule. We’ll work with you to find a delivery routine that best suits your workplace.

Final Step – Delivery to Your Door
