How a Hot and Cold Water Cooler Works
We’ve made the process simple in order to be user-friendly for all:

Water Loading: Depending on whether you choose a top-loading or hidden bottom-loading design, you have the option of loading a 15L spring water bottle into the unit or plumbing in a mains line.

Chilling Process: For our chilled water setting, the water flows into an internal cooling reservoir where it is kept perfectly chilled at approximately 5 degrees.

Heating Process: For our near-boiling option, water enters a separate internal reservoir for safe heating to roughly 90 degrees.

On-Demand Dispensing: Give either tap a push for instant access to your desired water temperature.
