How much water should I order for my home or office?
That depends! For homes, we recommend starting with 2–4 bottles every two weeks (30–60L total). For small offices (under 10 people), we recommend 4–8 bottles per fortnight. For larger offices (20+ people), we recommend 10 bottles per fortnight.

What happens if I run out of water early?
Fear not, you won't be left without water. If you run out early between fortnightly deliveries, simply contact our team to request additional water bottles. We'll arrange prompt delivery without any minimum order requirements.
Am I responsible for cleaning and maintaining my water cooler?
